* The WIAA switched to metric based events beginning with the 1980 State Meet.  There is one record that stood at that time that is superior to current records.  Steve Lacy's Two Mile record from 1974 is superior to the current record.  Lacy's time converts to 8:53.5 for 3200 Meters.
